Mixed Use Cafeteria Remodels: K-12

Cafeteria remodels served to design mixed use cafeteria settings in order to accommodate a wide variety of activities and events. I designed the spaces with the intention of having students feel just as comfortable and inspired as faculty or school board members.

Education seating and decor packages were determined based on school budget, use of space, student capacity and the school district in which it was located.

The client presentation books included rendered seating layouts, furniture options with finish selections, rendered elevations with custom paint patterns, custom art and decor selections, as well as specified interior colors and finishes. 

The welcoming and whimsical nature of these designs saw an increased use of the space by both students and  faculty. As a result of increasing seating capacity, the schools saw improved student participation and revenue in the food service program.
